This app is an elevated To Do task tracker for recurring tasks. When did you last replace the air filters in your home or car, get an annual flu or COVID booster shot, or renew your passport? When do you next need to perform these tasks? Let Well-Managed keep these kinds of things organized and at your fingertips! It allows you to consolidate information that may live in many different places (e.g., your memory, distributed across dates in your calendar, the calendars of various service providers, or nowhere) into one location. Some of the most popular uses are automotive maintenance, health and wellness care, and household tasks.
App features:
- The app automatically calculates the next service date for tasks with a set cadence (e.g., one week, a couple of months, etc.) or allows you to just specify the date, as you prefer.
- A “Manage Soon” tab allows you to see the upcoming items in the next couple of weeks.
- An "All Items" tab allows you to see all currently tracked tasks, sorted by category and date.
- Notifications, customizable to the specific maintenance item, remind you about upcoming tasks.
- An app icon badge represents the number of items ready for current service or maintenance, and can help keep these items on your radar.
- Available for iOS devices running iOS 17+ or in "iPad for Mac" form for macOS devices with an Apple processor.
- Data syncing between Apple devices registered to the same AppleID.
You can track up to three tasks for free in the app. A subscription purchase is required for Well-Managed in order to enter and track more than three tasks. There are both monthly and annual subscription plan options, which auto-renew at the end of the subscription duration at the annual or monthly subscription price. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges. To see subscription plan costs in your local currency, please go to the Settings tab in the app and click on "Subscription".
